Maddog 'n' Miracles -- Christmas Lights in Marble Falls, TX

Nothing can compare with the lights in several small towns just west of Austin in the hill country. The community of Marble Falls (located on Hwy 281 about 20 miles south of Burnet) fills a lakeside park with over a million electric lights, and using more than a 50,000 Kilowatt-Hours of electricity in the month of December. On my electric bill, that would raise my bill to about $5000 for that one month. Take a drive thorugh the rest of town, too, because the folks in this little town have really been bit hard by the Christmas bug...

Last year, thousands enjoyed the Christmas images here. This year, we have another 40 or so images for your seasonal perusal, bringing the total to over a hundred images.
