TAM PERSONAL NOTES

PITMAN TO SUCCEED LANE AT DALLAS MUSEUM OF ART
John R. "Jack" Lane, director at the Dallas Museum of Art for the last eight years, will leave his position one year from now.

The museum's 50-member board of trustees unanimously named his successor: deputy director Bonnie Pitman, whom Dr. Lane recruited to the DMA and who has pioneered many of its recent community outreach efforts.

ART CAR MUSEUM MOURNS LOSS OF CURATOR
The Art Car Museum and the entire art car community mourn the loss of beloved curator and very good friend Tom Jones. Jones was the museum's curator of photography.

CATHERINE KENYON NAMED HEAD OF EDUCATION AT THE BOB BULLOCK TEXAS STATE HISTORY MUSEUM
Catherine Kenyon was recently named Head of Education at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum. Prior to her current position, Catherine was Strategic Initiatives Planner at the museum.
