RRR is still only an hour away from both Austin and San Antonio (see map and detailed directions), now even more inviting during these busy-busy times. We guarantee you loads of FUN!!! Rancho Richey Refuge, Texas’ most uncommon private outdoor recreation site, is a beautiful and interesting place on the Guadalupe River, with varied terrain and easy access one hour south of Austin and an hour east of San Antonio. The Rancho is ideal for low-impact group camping, day hikes, bird watching, nature study, wildlife photography, canoeing, parties, corporate retreats, reunions, and weddings. Your participation assures our work of ecosystem preservation: a portion of your admission fee goes directly to habitat restoration.
