: AAmen is an International Online Men's Meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous.A Drunk man on bed. Two AA members talking recovery to him. We are not an online chat group! We meet online through e-mail to share our experience, strength, and hope on weekly topics. We are comprised of between 250 and 300 men from around the world. The format of our meeting is that of a Closed Meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous. The only requirement for membership in AAmen is that you be a man with a desire to stop drinking.

Note:  Online AA is not for everyone and we do not recommend it as a substitute for live  (f2f) face-to-face meetings; but if you have a desire to stop drinking, we invite you to join us in Recovery.  Simply write the list owner and in your message affirm the Third Tradition (by stating that you do have a desire to stop drinking), and give your name and e-mail address. You will be added to the list, at which time you will be asked to give a brief intro to the group.
