                   Has Ceased Publication!



The Consistent Bond Trader was following a method which resulted
in a few highly profitable trades in November and December 1995.
Since then, there has been a long series of losing trades, drawing
down the starting capital by nearly 30 percent.  The newsletter
has CEASED publication, and the account used for trading with this 
method has been closed.  

Paid subscribers have been issued refunds with today's outgoing mail
of their full subscription payment.
