Consultations: A self-selective, non-intrusive method
Which AURA-SOMA® bottles are right for you?
The best way to experience the AURA-SOMA Color System is to seek out a trained Aura-Soma practitioner or teacher and make arrangements to have a personal consultation. Consultations can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1-1/2 hours and are based on a selection of four Equilibrium bottles selected by you. In the context of a consultation, everyone can find themselves in the bottles. The bottle selection is completely up to you. This is a self selective, non-intrusive process, and therefore radically different from many other color systems. It honors the wisdom within each person. This empowers you, allowing you to experience for yourself the truth and accuracy of information and inner wisdom contained within your own heart.
Color is a non-verbal language through which nature speaks and the soul speaks. The seeds of understanding this language are contained within each of us. In a personal consultation, you have the opportunity of sitting
in front of the living energies of the bottles and experiencing for yourself the non-verbal
language of color and the soul--an experience you will not soon forget! Your 4 bottle choices will tell a story of who you are and why you are here. They provide a mirror for you to see yourself more clearly. Each bottle functions not only as a mirror but also as a key that can unlock the difficulties of the past as well as confirm
your gifts and strengths. Becoming who you are is about embracing all the colors within yourself and then shining them into the world.
Additional Options for Working with Equilibrium Bottles
There are other methods of working with the bottles, some of which are discussed by
Mike Booth in his books, Aura-Soma-Healing through Color, Plant, and Crystal Energy and The Aura-Soma Handbook (see Related Information).
For example, after you have the opportunity to select four bottles in the
context of a consultation, you may want to own one of the fundamental subsets,
the Chakra Set.
The Equilibrium Bottle Chakra Set
Equilibrium Bottle (upper/lower color fractions) | Related Chakra | Aura/Body Zone |
| #0 (royal blue/deep magenta) | Eighth Chakra | Above the crown |
#16 (violet/violet)
Most calming of the Aura-Soma oils.
Alternate to #20 (blue/pink) | Seventh Chakra | Crown |
| #1 (blue/deep magenta) | Sixth Chakra | Forehead |
| #2 (blue/blue) | Fifth Chakra | Throat |
| #43 (turquoise/turquoise) | Ananda-Khanda Center | Upper chest (right side) |
| #3 (blue/green) | Fourth Chakra | Heart |
| #4 (yellow/gold) | Third Chakra | Solar plexus |
| #26 (orange/orange) | Second Chakra | Navel |
| #5 (yellow/red) | First Chakra | Base of spine |
One method of working with the Chakra Set is to select one of the eight
Chakra bottles each day, according to which appeals most. Apply the oil as
indicated by the color (for example, blue for the throat chakra). Your selection
points to which energy center needs attention.
I welcome all inquiries, and would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
Sampler Sets
Ordering the boxed sampler sets of some of the main products can be a convenient
way of exploring AURA-SOMA. For example, the Mister Sets of Pomanders and Quintessences
come in boxed gift sets.
For crisis situations, it is recommended that the following bottles be kept on hand
so they are available without delay:
- Equilibrium Bottle #1 (Blue over Deep Magenta) -- called Physical Rescue, frequently used for pain.
- Equilibrium Bottle #3 (Blue over Green) -- called Heart Rescue, for issues of the heart
- Equilibrium Bottle #4 -- called Yellow/Gold Rescue
- Equilibrium Bottle #11 -- called Love Rescue
- Equilibrium Bottle #20 (Blue over Pink) -- called Star Child, physical rescue for children.
- Equilibrium Bottle #26 (Orange over Orange) -- called Etheric Rescue, for shock or trauma.
- Equilibrium Bottle #87 -- called Coral Rescue
- Equilibrium Bottle #89 -- called Energy Rescue
- Equilibrium Bottle #100 -- called Metatron Rescue
These rescue bottles are available in convenient, plastic bottles called
Pocket Rescues. Half as big as the full-sized glass bottles, Pocket Rescues
are ideal for traveling.
