AboveNet Extends its Network to IO’s Modular Data Center in Edison, New Jersey
IO, the leading provider of digital energy technology, today announced that high bandwidth connectivity solutions provider AboveNet, Inc. (NYSE: ABVT), has extended its dedicated fiber network to IO NEW JERSEY – the world’s largest modular data center. The addition of AboveNet at the New Jersey data center will allow IO to offer an array of low latency, gigabit-speed networking services to address growing bandwidth and always-on customer demands.
IO provides data center solutions for some of the world’s largest enterprises, Web properties and carriers, and will utilize AboveNet’s extensive fiber optic network to provide fully redundant, all fiber access to new and existing customers. AboveNet is already built in to IO’s data centers in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona.
