Description: These stats apply both to run of the mill riding horses and thoroughbred race horses, though race horses have a Move bonus of +1/+2/+3 (roll randomly for each race horse).

NEW SKILL:

Ride (DEFT/-1): The character is experienced in riding horses. Riding skill rolls should be made when attempting trick maneuvers (jumps, moving over difficult terrain, etc.), and take an Action on the part of the rider. Riding Skill Levels add to the DEFT of the mount, not the rider's own DEFT. For example, a rider with +2 skill level on a mount with a 9 DEFT rolls 11- for their Ride skill. Make skill rolls vs. a difficulty set by the GM.
