Lulu was was whelped 5-7-97 as part of an unplanned line breeding. She showed a great deal of promise in the field although we have not spent near enough time on her training to advance her at the same rate we usually do with our young dogs. She has earned her Master Hunter (MH), Canine Good Citizen (CGC) titles and Working Certificate Excellent titles.
Although black, Lulu carries both chocolate and yellow. Lulu has had annual eye checks (she is CERF'd), beginning at the age of 7 weeks, has OFA cleared hips (good) and elbows, PennHIP score in the 60th percentile, and is cardiac normal with no family history of epilepsy.

Jamie is out of two-time National Amateur Field Champion and two-time
Canadian National Amateur Field Champion Ebonstar Lean Mac and has
competed in three Nationals -- Jamie was
one of the finalists in the 2001 National Amateur in Minnesota, quite a
feat for a dog not yet 4 years old.
On
July 6, 2001 Lulu delivered 3 black males, 4 black females, 2 yellow males, and

Our intention was to keep a yellow male (Clint) from this litter, but we became quite attached to one of the black females (Riser) and the yellow female (Luna).
