For the most part Cavaliers are quite healthy dogs. There are a few problems which are known to appear in the breed:

• Mitral Valve Heart Disease
• Hip Dysplasia
• Heart murmurs
• Cataracts
• Subluxating Patellas.
• Epilepsy
• Penn Hip
