Due to space limitations, please don't enter more than 1 dog you own in the same class-ie. if you have 2 male puppies please only enter 1 of them. If the classes get too big it will be too hard on the judges. Also we are limiting entries to 3 dogs per person.

  1. Puppy ( puppy- 18 months or under at time photo taken)
  2. Novice (for owners who have never tried to set up their dog but would like feedback on how the dog compares with the standard-try to set him up the best you can-we don't mind if you get in the picture)
  3. Open (for any dog who is not a champion)
  4. Special (for any champion)
  5. Veteran ( older than 8 years old at time of photo and still alive)
  6. Deceased-lets remember the beautiful dogs of the past

Winners of each group listed in each sex will compete for best in show, best of opposite sex in show, and reserve best in show. We may also have special awards by color like best ruby, blenhiem, tri, black and tan if there are enough entered.

For conformation classes please submit at least 2 photos-1 of the head and one of the body of the dog (a rear shot would be nice too). Please submit original photos without pictures of owners except for the novice owners (we want the judges to be blind to the owners)

Nonconfirmation classes-All of these will be voted on on-line by everyone on the list.

  1. Cavalier wannabee's-for dogs that aren't full Cavaliers by pedigree but are in spirit and personality
  2. Cavalier in actions: candid shot of your dog doing anything that sums up his doggy philosophy of life-playing, swimming, lounging, hunting, agility, whatever
  3. Cavaliers and kids- at least one cav and one kid under 16
  4. Look alikes-Cav and an owner who look alike (you can dress like your dog or dress your dog like you for this one if it helps)
  5. Cavalier friends- a cavalier and one other critter that's not a cavalier
  6. Cavalier Pals- Multiple cavaliers hanging out together (may involve more than 1 owner)
  7. Cavalier twins-two cavaliers in the same photo who look alike

There will be other awards given that you don't have to enter a specific class for like best overall expression, nicest outline, cutest smile.

Instructions:
Please place your name, dog's registered name with any titles, his call name (what you call him), dog's gender, dog's age at time of photo, and the class you want him entered in on the back of the photo. Remember to send 2 photos a head and a body photo for any conformation entries:
