Bolie Williams IV

This is a picture of me when I was younger and thinner. The dog belonged to Stuart Hall but has now passed on.

Well, I suppose you want to know something about me. To answer the question I am asked most often, "Bolie" is my actual, real first name. I was born on the same day as Bolie, Sr. and so my parents followed the tradition, naming me after my father, his father, and his father before him. Unfortunately, the origins of the name are lost in history and my pathetic attempts at researching my family history haven't yielded any information.

I am the father of two wonderful children who I love very much. My daughter is in second grade now and reads like crazy. My son is still in preschool and he loves cars and trains more than anything else. They usually get along pretty well and are good kids, but they sure are active!

In terms of time commitment, my job comes next, a close second in time, but a distant second in priority. I work for Hydril, a subsidiary of GE. I design subsea BOP control systems for the most part.

Other than that, I spend most of my time fooling around on the Internet or reading books. I play "dundee," as my daughter calls it, many Saturdays. I am currently looking for a place to live and am in the process of reinventing myself as a divorced dad. I have managed to work some exercise back into my schedule, as well.
