Cuautémoc always dresses in black clothes. He wears a 9mm Barretta in a hip holster and a holster in the small of his back. He has a 9mm Holdout in his right boot with an extra clip and a large knife in his left boot. Also on his belt he carries a set of handcuffs, 2 clips for his 9mm Barretta, and a multi-tool. He always wears a silver crucifix around his neck.

He has a fanny pack with lockpicks, 4 clips for his Barretta, a small flashlight (mag-lite), matches, and a note pad and pen.

He has a backpack with a bigger flashlight, a 1 gallon water bottle, 6 clips for his guns, a wad of cash, food, a bible, and hand flares and a flare gun.

When he knows there is danger, he'll have a flak jacket, helmet, gas mask, LI/IR goggles, and 4 syringes.

On his horse, he'll have an M-16 w/M203 and barrel mounted flashlight, boxes of ammo for the rifle and his pistols, 6 loaded magazines for the M-16, 10 grenades for the M203, 10 standard grenades (5 concussion, 5 fragmentation), a gas mask, 30' of rope, a flashlight, first aid kit, 5 flares, and a flare gun. He will sometimes wear a long, leather duster and a .44 magnum in a hollywood fast-draw rig, but the gun is a bit big for him, so he doesn't wear it when he expects trouble.

Biography

Cuautémoc grew up on the streets of Houston, Texas. He was a thief who generally tried to stay out of major trouble. When the plague killed most of the population of the Earth, he fell in with a group who eventually formed a colony dedicated to rebuilding the human race.

As a telepath, Cuautémoc was able to make himself very useful, though he was careful not to reveal his secret. He was the first to make contact with the aliens, though he never did make sense of the contact (to my recollection).

Campaign Notes

Cuautémoc was created for a "Stand"-like campaign. We built ordinary people (though fairly capable) who had to struggle to build a colony out of survivors. We started out with a colony in the St. Luke's hospital in the Houston Medical Center, but eventually moved to a hotel in Austin to get away from the lunatics who had taken over the Texas National Guard Armory nearby. We ended up building a fairly successful colony, though we had to fight off alien incursions.

Cuautémoc was created at least eight years ago.
