Residents of NWHILLS vote down Traffic Calming plans for their neighborhood!

Jim states in his post...."Final balloting: 2069 information packets, with ballots, sent out for4-Aug, Neighborhood meeting held 13 Aug: ballots due back by 20 Aug. The final tally, as determined by staff (I am really learning to hate that word!):"
385 NO Votes & 274 Yes Votes = 659 allowed ballots.
City of Austin Traffic Calming plans are now dead in NWHILLS!
