Rumors are circulating that when President Clinton supposedly injured his knee (with few witnesses), he, in fact, had surgery on his private parts to remove any distinguishing characteristics or to correct a medical condition.
This begs the question: Will the President be charged with contempt or obstruction for tampering with the evidence?
And, if so, will they send him off to a penile colony?
