New Raises for "ER"

NBC announced that it would increase the amount it pays for each episode of the top-rated drama ER for $1.2 million to an astounding $13 million.

Hillary then announced that the federal government would be taxing most of that to subsidize lower-rated medical shows for the poor, and that would be the centerpiece of her new Television Health Care program.
