Deck/Pack Rarity Distribution

There haven't been any more "super" decks in two more boxes of starters so they were evidently just a fluke.

I forgot to mention the second type of booster pack. The "stacked" pack advertised on the packs. Has any one found a "stacked" pack yet. I'm still curious as to what is defined as "ultra-rare" cards.

Ventura Magazine #2 has a Guardians "promo' card not on the official list. It is Druk, an elemental devil flier. Are there other "promo" cards out there?
