Hi!
Here is a strange one for you:
Lets say that I want to use a lookat controller on the transformation on a slice modifier.
If I would do it for a sphere for example to make it look at something I would go into the "motion" panel and assign the lookat controller and choose the object to be looked at. But as the slicemod is not a object I cant get to it from there.
So I go into trackview, click my way to the slice mod and assign the lookat controller. But here is the thing, I cant find a way of choosing the object to be looked at. Is there something I have missed?
The workaround I found is to create a dummy object at [0,0,0] and assign a lookat and choose the lookatobject in the motion panel. Then I go into trackview and copy (instance) the controller to the slicemod.
Is there a "real" way of doing this or is it just to bite the bullet and do the workaround?
Mattias
Oddly enough, that IS the real to do it. --DRL
