Radio Newscaster and Reporter, Hawaii Public Radio (KHPR 88.1 fm, KIPO 89.3 fm, KIFO 1380 am). As a reporter worked on general assignment, city hall and other beats including the arts scene in Hawaii. Helped host and produce live pledge-drive breaks. Covered two elections, two presidential visits, Hawaii's same-sex marriage controversy, labor disputes, several hostage crises. Several stories were picked up nationally. Hosted a regular daily newscast and periodically produced and hosted a longer afternoon news magazine.

Wrote and coded test HTML web pages for internet distribution. Created and maintained newsroom computer network (Apple Macintosh). Familiar with Photoshop, Quark, various graphics programs.
