Redesigned and developed the Customer Services web site, and taught the Customer Services short courses in Excel, PINE, Microsoft Word, Web Development, Windows 95, Unix, Eudora, etc. Trained faculty and staff in various other software in one-on-one sessions, and taught one web development seminar per semester.

Taught HTML and web development to a special projects team. Developed web pages, and designed graphics for a live webcast of the 4th International World Wide Web Conference.
