If you do not wish to leave your full name, then leave just your initials (i.e., J.S. for John Smith). If you wish to sign your message "Anonymous", you may do so. But be aware that only those messages that are either signed or initialed will be acknowledged with a response and posted to the Responses section of the Message Board. Anonymous messages will be read, but neither acknowledged with a response nor posted to the Responses section of the Message Board. 

If you do not wish to leave your street or mailing address, you may omit it. 

Leave your city, state, and ZIP. If you are contributing to the Message Board from outside the United States of America, leave also the name of your country. 

All of this information is for internal use only. Your name and address will not be sold or given away to any outside party for any purpose. 

I will read all Message Board submissions but, because of the enormous volume, I cannot guarantee a response beyond a simple acknowledgement and posting. Some messages will receive lengthy responses, but only to the extent that I deem them to be of interest to other Message Board visitors. 

Questions that I deem particularly insightful (or that simply get asked a lot) will have the honor of being posted to the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) page. 

Be aware that I have posted my e-Mail address solely for the use of family members and a few close friends. Any unsolicited e-Mail received from those who are NOT family members or close friends will be ignored. 

In replying to an entry to the Message Board, I may offer some advice as part of the response. But, be aware that I am not a Licensed Therapist or Counselor. Any suggestions that I make to you should be considered to be strictly of the "friendly neighbor" type. Or, to put it another way: It's free advice - and worth every penny you're paying for it.
