Hotaru choses Ruka then cuts over to Natsume, because he isn't dancing
right.

"Don't they make a lovely couple?"  Hotaru whispered in my ear while
nodding towards Ruka and Mikan.

"What makes you think I won't burn you?"

"This close to Mikan?  That's an idle threat."

"I could break your neck."

"Kill me and the school will have you put down like a mad dog.  If I kill
you it would only cost me my three stars and the best student award."

"But that would inconvenience you, to have to eat like a No-star."

"True."

"So, we've reached an impasse?"

"Not quite.  I'm going to steal your first kiss, Natsume."

"Why are you always so greedy?  And are you sure you want to do it right in
front of those two?"

"Exactly, I want to see which is the more outraged.  Here," Hotaru turned
us around so that her back was to Ruka and Mikan, "I'll even let you watch
them.  Fair enough?"

"Why do it and not watch them?"

"I've got it on tape."

"Is it going to explode?"

"That's up to you."

I took the hint and backed five paces away from Mikan.

"If it's going to blow up then why don't I have any protective gear?"
Mikan asked.

"Your alice should protect you," Hotaru answered from behind the tree, "And
I'm more valuable than you are dummy."

Ending:

The credits roll as Tom Petty's "Free Girl Now" plays in the background.

Natsume Hyuuga -- Romi Paku / Rhys Huber

Mikan Sakura -- Kana Ueda / Carly McKillip

Mikan: standing up from the audience and pointing at her image on the
screen, "How come I'm listed second?"

Natsume (Yanking her back down by a pigtail): "This story isn't about you."

Hotaru Imai -- Rie Kugimiya / Maggie Blue O'Hara

Hotaru: "This is so unfair.  I should get the top ten billing slots.  I'm
going to tell my investors and make sure that none of you ever work in this
town again."

Natsume, Ruka and Sumire (together): "Egotist!"

Hotaru: "You three don't know the meaning of the word."

Mikan (after her usual five second delay): "Does this mean that Hotaru will
do all the hard work and the rest of us can take it easy?"

Hotaru, Natsume and Sumire (together): "Idiot."

Ruka Nogi -- Miwa Yasuda / Matt Hill

Ruka: "Wait, I recongnise these dubbers.  Does this mean that I'm the ...?"

Sumire: "Furry!"

Hotaru: "He's so cute when he's groping after the obvious."

Sumire Shoda -- Chiwa Saito / Nicole Oliver

Sumire: "What!  Why isn't Mikan matched to the no-power girl?"

Natsume: "The two Sakuras look almost the same, but the other one makes a
better kindergarten level student."

Yuu Tobita -- Fuyuka Oura / Sam Vincent

Natsume: "Again they share about the same name.  So what?"

Mikan (Counting to two on her fingers): "What other Sakura?"

Ruka: "The card captor."

Mikan (Makes a two handed overhead swing gesture): "Return to your power
confined!  Hey, she's got a nullification/detection power, just like me."

Mr. Narumi -- Akira Ishida / Tony Sampson

Natsume: "OK, that tells me more about Yuu than I wanted to know."

Yuu: "It's not true.  Sure, Ms. Fuyuka voices me like a little girl, but
I'm not like that.  Just look at all the times I've hit on Mikan."

Everybody else turns towards Mikan and waits five seconds.

Mikan: "But Yuu never hits me!  Honest!"

Natsume: "You are so stupid."

Mikan: "No it's the truth.  You're just too stupid to admit it."

The credits continue to roll, but can't be seen behind a big fight between
Natsume and Mikan.
