You think we're psychic, we think you're annoying. Emails that say, "It doesn't work" without explanation of what "it" is or the error message. Emailing a dozen times at once, or multiple times in the same day, thinking they're the only person having a problem or something. Lying. "I didn't upload no wareZ man!" Too bad we have records, huh?
