If you want to run it through a better tracing program, here is a GIF file of the characters. Be sure to send me a copy if you get a better trace of it.

Sailor Moon Nexus A great page of Sailor Moon links and stuff. A good place to start.
Hitoshi Doi's Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Page Very well known SM page with lots of info, and some episode summaries. Deals with the original Japanese version, but the page is in in English. (If your browser doesn't support Japanese, though, this will probably look better.
Sailor Moon Says: Your Daily Alternative For those of us that think the Sailor Says segments could be done better than DIC does them... ^__^
Karl's Sailor Moon Page Another good starting point. Lots of links, some Quicktime movies and some .MP2 sound clips.

Anime Web Turnpike This is THE place to start looking for anime and manga stuff on the net. Has links to web pages, newsgroups, FTP sites, mailing lists, etc... If it's on the net and anime/manga related, you can get to it from here.
Anime Fanfic Archive at ftp.cs.ubc.ca This is a great source for reading material. It's also the official archive site for rec.arts.anime.creative, which now has a new moderator team and is back up and ready for posts!

Also check out my Reflow 5 program, which can help in getting those fanfics to work in fonts other than 80-column Courier. Source included. Requires DOS 2.0, about 64k RAM, 8088/8086 or better. Who says useful programs need to be big? ^_^

The Anime Video Vaults
Shodouka Use this so that pages with Japanese text don't look like garbage. You still won't be able to understand them if you don't read Japanese, but at least they'll look pretty. ^_^
