Escape the August heat and humidity, kick back in the cool mountains of New Mexico, and become a Red River Writer! Join Leilani Rose and Carolyn Blankenship for the second annual women's retreat at the Ponderosa Lodge in beautiful Red River, New Mexico. If you've been looking for a writing workshop affiliated with Story Circle, in a location other than Austin Texas, this could be it! Join us August 10-12 as we explore the theme, "Coming Home To Ourselves." What better place than the mountains to take time out to connect more deeply with body, mind and spirit? Perhaps we will discover the place where the ordinary and the sacred intersect, that place where we are most deeply and intimately at home with ourselves, our world, and our life.Check out the information, photos, and links that follow, then click on the Registration link for a printable form. We have scheduled our workshop to take advantage of other events in Red River (See links below) and we think you'll want more than one extra day to explore and experience this part of New Mexico. We have tried to include everything, but if we've left something out and you have questions, contact Carolyn at cb@io.com or Leilani at lrose11@austin.rr.com. We hope you will join us for the journey!
