WRITING TO HEAL
WRITING AS THERAPY

This approach focuses on
using writing as therapy for the mind and the body. See reviews of my
work under Qualifications.
Recently Newsweek, The
New York Times, and the Austin American-Statesman published articles
about confessional writing's healing powers. Writing can alleviate
depression and chronic medical conditions, and can improve immune
system functioning.
You don't have to be a
"good" writer to benefit from Writing to Heal. An open mind, a pen,
and a piece of paper are all you need. You can use writing as a
coping tool at almost no expense and almost anywhere,
anytime.
My approach provides
structure in order to enhance safety, release, and discovery through
writing. Exercises are tailored to your objectives.
Group sessions for
Writing to Heal are $45 each. Individual sessions are $85.
