I want to test weenie presence vote in the SPTR and new DCI rules environments to see if is as degenrate as it seems to be.

My initial test agreed with my theories.

My WPV would have easly swept the table (under the new DCI rules) if my prey (runing a Giovanni deck of all things) didn't have any intercept. He had 8 spectral divination in his deck however, and blocked 3 of my first 4 praxis seizures stalling me until enough titles came up to cause trouble. Without the intercept I would have had 4 weenies with 3 praxis seizures ready at the start of turn 4. My hand was 3 KRC, 1 praxis seizure, 2 bewitching oration, and a master. The intercept really screwed me, and I ended up being the first ousted however. The testing will continue but just like WVP, I don't think this deck will work against the people I play with. I hope others will test it in their environment.
