The idea is to get out illiana or Stanislava and Mauziz. If you get Info Highway or ToR go for Stanislava (or Etrius). Put blood dolls on both or Minion tap Mauziz down to 2. Rush your prey with Illiana and play thoughts betrayed and claws. Once you have someone in torpor diablerize with Mauziz. Yank most of the blood Mauziz gains from the diablerie off her. Repeat. If things go well you can get Stanislava (or Etrius), Illiana, Mauziz, and Elisbetta out, and things get really ugly. The wakes and deflections are there is defend against S/B preditor so you don't have to waste time rushing them.
This deck is quite effective especially when you get a slow predator.
