- May 1998 to Present: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Austin, TX
- Software Developer: Wrote low level device drivers for x86
microcontrollers, focusing on USB devices and embedded Linux systems.
Published an application note on USB.
- September 1996 to May 1998: Southwest Research Institute, San Antonio, TX
- Graduate Student Analyst: Used Motif, OpenGL, Performer,
and the Irix Digital Media Libraries to develop a wide variety of GUIs for
use with the Weather Channel Virtual Weather System.

- Designed and programmed a temperature control system based around a
Motorola MC6805 microprocessor. Final system included A/D conversion,
