What else?

A real IRC program has better capabilities than the brat chat page, including the ability to send files. (The brat chat page is actually a simple IRC program written in Java). Use these links to read about IRC and download an IRC program. If you have Windows 95, get the 32 bit version. Get the 16 bit version for Windows 3.x.

Usually just run them. If you happen to get zipped files (somefile.zip) You need to unzip them. You can get unzip programs at:

What about CU-SeeMe?

If anyone has a cam or just wants to see live video of me, I also have CU-SeeMe. Get your free copy of CU-SeeMe from Cornell and I'll be happy to connect to you. You do not need a camera to see people on CU-SeeMe.
