My apologies for anyone running on a low resolution screen. It is
almost always easier to shrink an image, than make it bigger. So most of
these images are 1024x768, which is convenient for use as wallpaper and resizing
to smaller screens.
They are stored as JPEG so you don't have to wait so long for the download.
This is not without side effect, JPEG results in a slight degradation of
image quality. But considering most people are viewing in 8 bit color,
the loss is minor. Just one reminder, these are my creations, so I've got the copyright. I don't mind anyone using them for their personal enjoyment, wall paper, screen saver... If you intend to use them for profit, get my written permission first---I'd like to know where they are going. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm also available for custom work. |
