As with any type of voting system the primus is very simple, Just read the question and respond by clicking on the answer that you feel is most appropriate. To submit your vote simply click on the submit button. After that you will see an updated version of the topic.

If you have an idea for a topic just click on "Add Your own Topic" at the top of the list of topics. Then, just fill out the form provided, but please remember to read the rules first. That's it, couldn't be easier.
