Man some of this site is getting old --- like that picture is a little out of date as I chopped all my hair off,
got a job working for the state of Texas fixing their servers, and I haven't played drums in ages.
I'm going to leave all this old stuff up for it's historic and hysteric value. I no longer run MkLinux because
the processor upgrade caused the booter to crash and now I've got an Intel box from work - an MCA 9595 Server
older than that photo of me, another old scrap box made out of spare parts and a brand new Dell p3 box all running
Linux on my little Home Area Network. My wife Vida uses the Mac for surfin' emailin' and doll-shoppin'.
You can check out the little web site I helped her build at VidaDolls. Other than that I don't write enough anymore, spending all my time playing UberGeek and making the money.
Studying hard for the big raises and promotions and trying to stay as far away from Microsoft products as I can. This is of course an Impossible Task. Anyway that was
me in that ugly old JPEG, or I should say that was Psycho. Now
they call me Greg or Gregory: maybe I'll try and get a before
and after going with my picture from my state ID badge. Here's
Steve's idea of what I look like now.
Anyway
call me whatever just call when the X-Flies has a new episode. I've typed some stories,
rant, rave, read, make funny lookin' pictures, play drums, yell,
sleep, eat on occasion, walk,
finally sold that ancient Microbus after driving it for 8 years, talk like a blue norther cuttin' through
Midland and spend way too much time in front of the computer codin', surfin',
webmasterin', newsreadin', gamin' and E-mailin'. If you don't like the site, or
have it in for me personal-like: type me an E-Mail. If you have comments on my taste for
background gif's or perhaps even like something you see or read : type me an
E-Mail. Or if you're just plain bored and sitting there staring at the
screen like a wounded armadillo : type me an E-Mail.

My latest obsession is the Linux operating system, so I have a new page on MkLinux which is Mach Kernel Linux, one of the two or three ways that you can get Linux on the Macintosh. Check it out. Linux Rules. Commie software for everyone and source code for all...
About the website, I have just moved this thing again after four years off and on at
eden.com and so some of
the stuff is old, some of its just getting updated like this page, and
some of it is on its way
out. I have stories, and rant-essays, some music stuff about some of the bands I've played in,
some pictures scattered here and there and a links page called the d-WereHaus AirPort.
The Warehouse and related photos are all by Androo Kratchovil.
Everything else is © as noted. Shorter stories that I've Marked_Up
can be found here in my stories directory. My
favorite sites have links at the d-WereHaus
AirPort and SlashLinks.
Some of the bands I've played drums with include: White Slavery(1981),
Construtive Noise(82-83), Van Gogh's Ear(83), The Terrorist Art
Ensemble(84-85),The
Bloodsucking Go-devils(86-89), the Go-devils(89-91), Hair Problem(91-92),
Caserol(93-94),and The Girl Robots(95-96). I've got a page dedicated to
my friend and ex band fellow Tom Churchill who
was tragically killed
by drunken driver while riding his bicycle. I've also kept the
Hard-Drinkin' Houswives Page up as a web
memorial
to a truly Hi Quality Fellow.
