PREP: Emergency Response Team
The Disaster Recovery Coordinator will do an initial damage assessment
and decide if they need to call in a limited number of people or contact
Communications to acivate the telephone tree. Communications is responsible
for contacting call parties (he/she doesn't have to do it personally)
and instructing them to gather at the Rally Point.
