Internal Hazards Survey and External Hazards
Survey
This form is intended to allow a systematic inspection of an institution
and its surroundings. Surveys can be an instrument of prevention in allowing
areas of risk to be identified and eliminated, or if that is not possible,
regularly checked.
Internal Hazards Inspection Checklists
Once specific hazards have been identified, list them for regular inspection.
The list should include not only the hazards, but also the person(s) responsible
for checking them, and the date of inspection.
