This file is an artifact from mid- to late-1994 when I used to use Lynx to look around the WWW. Lynx stores its bookmarks in a normal HTML file, appending each bookmark as a list item in an unnumbered list. Since I don't use Lynx any more (if I can at all help it), this file will not grow, and will probably continue to shrink slowly, eventually disappearing. These are links that haven't been put into any of my other files yet (or don't particularly fit into any of them). Stay tuned for changes... but don't hold your breath.
