George’s forte is disruption – inventing and synthesizing software, data and energy technologies in unique ways that have enabled the transformation of business and mission performance for over a thousand enterprises and organizations.
Anthony Wanger serves as President of IO. In this capacity, Wanger directs the Company’s expansion and acquisition activities, oversees key transactions and the Company’s Legal, Ecosystem, Real Estate, and Risk Management functions. Wanger has led IO’s DCaaS expansion and development across the world. Prior to his involvement with IO, Wanger co-founded and managed Sterling Network Services, LLC, a leading enterprise data center services provider. Earlier in his career, Wanger was a private equity investor and served as Senior Vice President at Sterling Partners where he directed a variety of investments and transactions for the firm. Wanger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Emory University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Boston University School of Law.
Jason Godley serves as IO’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees all finance, planning, accounting, tax and treasury functions for the Company. Godley has over fifteen years of financial leadership in the technology industry with experience in investment banking, public accounting and operational finance. Before joining IO, Godley worked as an investment banker based in Silicon Valley where he was an SVP in the M&A group at Jefferies and VP at Citigroup. In that capacity, Godley advised on over $5 billion of debt, equity and M&A transactions. Earlier in his career, Godley worked as a CPA with PwC based domestically and internationally, assisting companies with US GAAP and SEC financial reporting matters. Godley has an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and a BS in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.
Adil Attlassy serves as Chief Operating Officer for IO. In this capacity, he is directly responsible for global operations and oversees IO’s global Data Center 2.0 strategy. Attlassy has spent the past 17 years in the telecommunications and data center industry, and has had responsibility for delivering solutions for global enterprise customers. Prior to joining IO, Attlassy held executive positions with Digital Realty Trust in the US, the UK and Singapore. Attlassy has supported the delivery of more than 500 megawatts of data center capacity across 64 data center sites in North America, Europe and APAC. In his most recent capacity, he managed data center development projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and Japan. He received a DUT from Institut Universitaire de Technologie, Mulhouse, France, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.
Bob Olson serves as Chief Customer Officer at IO. In this role, Mr. Olson will be focused on defining and aligning customer strategies and organizational excellence to drive customer led growth . Mr. Olson brings a wide range of executive and senior leadership experience within the high tech, telecommunications and financial services industries. He’s served for companies ranging from early stage start-ups to established billion dollar businesses.Prior to joining IO, Olson was Chief Customer Officer at The GoDaddy Group, Inc. where he was responsible for sales, professional services, customer marketing and support. Bob also served in leadership roles at Rearden Commerce, Intuit, Homestead Technologies and ING.
Karen Stein is General Counsel for IO. Ms. Stein oversees all legal and risk management functions of the Company. She holds a Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Emory University, an MBA from Loyola University with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland, where she graduated magna cum laude. She has practiced law since 1994, focusing on business transactions, licensing, and intellectual property. Before joining IO, Ms. Stein practiced at the Troutman Sanders law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and served as the Assistant General Counsel for the PGA TOUR for ten years.
