IO today announced that Jonathan F. Mauck has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to pursue other opportunities. Pete Morrow, IO’s Senior Vice President, Tax and Treasury, will serve as Interim-CFO during the transition and search period for a new CFO. Morrow, before joining IO, served in Vice President and Senior Vice President roles in the corporate finance and accounting functions at Las Vegas Sands Corporation and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
