Rick Crutchley Adds Operations Leadership in Role as IO’s Managing Director, North America

Phoenix, AZ – January 12, 2016IO, a leading global provider of Data Center Services, today announced Rick Crutchley now has both sales and operations leadership in his role as IO’s Managing Director, North America. Crutchley will lead IO’s growth in providing business and government organizations with cloud and colocation hosting services that deliver security, network density and reliability.

Crutchley became IO’s Managing Director, North America in 2015, leading the region’s sales and customer organization. He has now added IO’s data center operations to his leadership responsibilities, with a focus on delivering a data center customer experience that advances customers’ business objectives through greater security, network density, reliability and industry leading efficiency. IO leverages state-of-the-art modular data center infrastructure and an integrated Data Center Operating System, the IO.OS, to deliver data center as a service to the world’s most demanding customers.

Crutchley has more than 15 years of sales and operations management experience in IT services. He joined IO in 2011 and served as Senior Vice President, Sales North America before becoming Managing Director. Prior to IO, Crutchley served as Vice President Global Sales at Corelink Datacenters. He also has held senior enterprise sales positions at CyberTrails and Inflow (now part of SunGard Availability Services).
